Virus Protection I have a print screen of me installing an antivirus on the computer. The installation went well and was easy to do.

I did do a schedule for a full system scan for the machine but I did get a print screen of it. This has very easy to do and can be made to have an update any time and any day. You can do this whit any antivirus program.
I did do an update for Windows this was very straight forward instead of downloading it online we had to do it from a CD. The Install went smooth.

One of the cleanup tools is defragment hard drives. I have a picture of me using this tool that you can use to clean up your hard drive. This improves your computers overall performance.
Driver Formation
For this I used a floppy disc. What this tool dose it delete very thing on that device. This means any information on the floppy disc was deleted.

We had the fire wall on a CD that we installed this didn’t take long to do and the install went perfect. Firewall is important to a computer to stop authorised connection to your internet keeps all the hackers out.

Create Folders/ Copy and Delete Files
This was very easy we just had to make a folder on are desktops. I think every body knows how to do this after we made the folder we had to delete it for another part of the assignment part.

I had to install a printer. This was very easy. I had to connect the printer to the computer. This what whit a USB wire. After that I had to install the drivers for the printer. This came whit a install CD. I just fallowed the steps and it took around 5 minutes to install.
The best thing to use is compressed air to clean your computer. Because if you use brushes you can scratch parts of the computer and even give of electrical charges which can break things like rams which are very sensitive to it. Cleaning your computer can get rid of the dust and make the level of how loud the computer is go down.

You have some option when you do find it. Delete or fix. The best one is deleting but if it’s an important file you can tray to fix it.
